We strive for client satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Monthly plans: Full refund within 14 days if only one session or less has been used.
• One-time programs: Refund within 7 days if less than 30% of the program has been completed.
• Corporate/organizational contracts: Refund terms are governed by the signed agreement.

5. Intellectual Property
